On October 20, 2015, the 5th meeting of the Health Technologies Discussion Group will be held. (GRUDA), from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., auditorium 2 of the National Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics (INTO). Initiative in partnership with the Núcleo de Avaliação em Tecnologias em Saúde (NATS) of the National Institute of Cardiology (INC).
GRUDA is an initiative that aims to discuss relevant issues in the area of Health Technology Availability for the national health system.
The topic of the meeting will be:
Disincorporation of technologies in the health sector: methods to support and enhance the issues associated with the decision to disincorporate
A case study of the drug interferon beta-1a (Avonex®) will be presented, through which some aspects that can support disincorporation analyzes will be addressed:
1. Conducting indirect comparison studies of clinical trials of medications.
2. Relationship between effectiveness and patient care: how to deal with these variations in decision analysis models?
3. Disincorporation and quests associated with the market.
