Virtual Courses on Health Technology Assessment and Economic Evaluations from the Institute of Clinical and Health Effectiveness (IECS) of Argentina

It is with great pleasure that we share with you that the Institute of Clinical and Health Effectiveness (IECS) of Argentina, as a WHO/PAHO Collaborating Center on STD, offers 4 scholarships this second semester to RedETSA members to participate in their virtual courses (Start: September 2020). 
The courses offered by IECS are as follows:

• Development and implementation of health technology assessments
• Economic Evaluations: Programming, analysis and interpretation of decision models
• Systematic reviews and meta-analysis
• Design, programming and analysis of Markov models
• Network Meta-Analysis (MAR): reading, interpretation and application in clinical and healthcare decision making
• Budget Impact Analysis (BIA) in Health
• Cost estimation for economic evaluations of health programs, services and technologies

To apply for the scholarships, you must meet the following requirements (in addition to the specific requirements for each course, described on the IECS website):

1. Be part of a RedETSA member institution
2. Complete the online registration form: https://forms.gle/KD2S8zNiJEFhfeQe7
3. The applicant's CV and a letter of commitment to the completion of the activities and time required by the course, in addition to the support of their institution for its completion, must be attached to the form.

The application deadline is Thursday, August 27, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. (Washington, DC time)

The final definition of beneficiaries will be carried out in coordination with the PAHO representations in the countries to which the applicants belong.
