The Regional Base of Health Technology Assessment Reports of the Americas (BRISA) is the first open regional virtual library that centralizes the Health Technology Assessment reports prepared by the member institutions of the Health Technology Assessment Network of the Americas (RedETSA) and makes them available to institutions, authorities and health workers, decision makers, researchers and citizens in general.
