

Next Annual Meeting – XVI RedETSA Meeting

On April 4th he officially joined as a new member of the Health Technology Assessment Network of the Americas, to the Ministry of Health of Honduras (SESAL), through its Medicines and Supplies Logistics Unit. With its incorporation, the Network now has 42 members from 21 countries in the Americas. SESAL is the second institution in the country to join RedETSA.
One of the objectives of the SESAL in its 2024-2030 National Health Plan is to increase the capacity of the SESAL Rectorate through strategies such as:
– Ensure the effectiveness and safety of health technologies by defining a body responsible for health technology assessment.
– Strengthen the leading role of the SESAL to reorient and organize public financing and the efficient and equitable allocation of resources.
We warmly welcome you to the Ministry of Health of Honduras whose incorporation into the Network will result in a strengthening of the Network and its activities in the Region.
