3. Direct external connections dial: room ID@189.28.135.153 (Tandberg, Cisco or Radvision) or 189.28.135.153##sala (Polycom or Lifesize) or 189.28.135.153#sala# (Sony). The gatekeeper must be disabled for this option.
Virtual room 6130 is available for connection, testing and adjustments.

The participants of the videoconference must go to the corresponding room starting 30 minutes before the scheduled time for the start of the meeting.
We recommend that all participants keep their microphones DUMB as long as we are not talking, a measure that is necessary to avoid noise and loss of audio quality during the conference.

 It is important to reinforce local support technicians on the importance of carrying out connection testing with datasus., in order to avoid access difficulties during the transmission day.
