On October 19, 2021, the Academic Unit for Technology Assessment of the Department of Preventive and Social Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, University of the Republic, Uruguay, has officially become a member of RedETSA.
Doctors Alicia Alemán MD, MsC, Professor of the Department of Preventive and Social Medicine of the Faculty of Medicine, and Ana Pérez Galán, MD, MsC, Director of the Institute of Hygiene of the Faculty of Medicine, will be the focal points for participation in the Network.
With this addition, the Network now has 39 members from 19 countries in the Americas Region. RedETSA members welcome this new member.
We welcome the Academic Unit for Technology Assessment of the Department of Preventive and Social Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, University of the Republic, Uruguay, whose incorporation into the Network will result in a strengthening of the Network and its activities in the Region.
