Organization of the meeting
The Fifth Meeting of the Health Technology Assessment Network of the Americas (RedETSA) was held in Mexico City on November 3, 2014. Forty members representing 16 countries attended the meeting. The work agenda consisted of seven sessions distributed throughout the work day.

Central axis and topics discussed
Topics discussed included HTA Mapping and decision-making processes in RedETSA countries, HTA Capacity Mapping, progress made by RedETSA members, a proposal by HTAi to organise a regional Policy Forum in 2015 and the presentation of the RedETSA website.
