New partnership – RedETSA & Centro Universitario de Farmacología de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata (CUFAR)

RedETSA wants to welcome its new member: Centro Universitario de Farmacología de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata (CUFAR). This new addition to the Network brings the total number of institutions member to 30 in 14 different countries throughout the Americas. 
CUFAR is an academic unit belonging to the Faculty of Medical Sciences of the National University of La Plata, Argentina. CUFAR has also been a Collaborating Center of WHO and PAHO since 2004.
CUFAR carries out activities aimed at strengthening the training in pharmacotherapy of students and physicians in service, which was extended to the members of Pharmacoterapeutic Committees. It also provides advice to Ministries of Health in Latin America and the Caribbean on various aspects related to the drug, such as preparation and updating of Drug Lists, therapeutic forms and therapeutic guides.
RedETSA is confident that the inclusion of CUFAR will strengthen the network and its HTA activities in the region.
